Byssoloma pubescens  (Syn of Byssoloma meadii)

In contrast to B. leucoblepharum, the hypothecium of this species is essentially hyaline as is the epithecium. Here the hypothecium is represented by the slightly greenish cellular layer between the clear hymenium and the brown bark cells.
