Trypethelium floridanum

Cylindrical asci, black carbonized cavity walls  and loosely arranged paraphyses   are all indicative of this genus. The  cavity opening is actually its bottom due to rupture during thin sectioning. The ostiole would be at the one o'clock position at the photo top,  although it is not visible.
