Diorygma poitaei thallus.

D. poitaei is one of the more striking of the graphid lichens in our area. It is found in quite deeply shaded areas such as the hardwood hammocks of Subtropical Florida. The thallus is a delicate grayish-green color that may appear even bluish from certain light angles. Flexuous branching white lirellae are vivid against the thallus.
